Site compares Airline Credit Cards

Cheapseats.com is reporting that Los Angeles-based CreditCardAssist.com has created a new section on its web site which compares airline miles credit cards including Delta SkyMiles® Gold Credit Card, JetBlue Card from American Express® and Alaska Airlines Visa® Signature.

When purchases are made with such credit cards, the holder accumulates air miles, which can later be redeemed against the cost of flights.

The site is operated by Optimum Interactive and the company's Managing Director, Rob Willard, said: "We were concerned by the fact that so many consumers were feeling confused or even disappointed in how their airline credit cards worked.

"We realized that many people felt disillusioned by blackout dates and other restrictions involved with airline miles credit cards."

The comparison tool is aimed at clarifying which package will best suit their lifestyle, their wallet, and their flying habits, by detailing terms and conditions, including how many miles each one awards per dollar spent.
